There are two types of ADUs: standard accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units. Standard ADUs typically results in an increase in square footage of livable space. When ADU Builder receives an inquiry from a homeowner, we first arrange for a visit to your property with one of our engineers to assess the site for possible accessory dwelling unit (ADU) construction. You will get an ADU report
